  • PHRASAL VERBS:

Pack away = eat a lot of food

Dine out = eat at a restaurant

Live on = eat only a particular type of food

Pick at = eat unwillingly

Polish off = finish all of a particular dish or portion of food

Tuck in= start eating enthusiastically

Warm up = heat food so that it is not cold

Whip up = prepare a meal very quickly

Pig out = eat too much
