treba doplniť slovesá buď v prítomnom čase jednoduchom, alebo v prítomnom čase priebehovom .. jednoduchý znamená akciu, ktorá sa pravidelne opakuje alebo viemepresný čas (každé ráno, dnes ráno) a tvorí sa : zámeno + sloveso, v otázkach sa používa pomocné sloveso DO alebo DOES
priebehový znamená akciu, ktorá práve prebieha, alebo prebieha v momente, o ktorom sa rozprávame (now, at the moment) a tvorí sa : zámeno + sloveso to BE (byť) v príslušnom tvare podľa zámena (I am, you are, he is,...) a sloveso s koncovkou ING ..
