Hi, let me introduce myself. My name is Maya. I am 34 years old. I live in Banská Bystrica, where I studied at Matej Bel University. I have a degree in Translation and Interpreting. Alongside with English, I studied French. I love both languages equally but owing to the fact that I work with English I have achieved the highest level possible - C2. I consider education to be something that you can never finish and I abide by this principle. That is why, in 2020, I took and passed the last Cambridge exam - CPE with Grade B.
I work as a freelancer, so you can count on receiving an invoice.
My main hobby, therefore, is studying languages and improving. I love challenges and overcoming hurdles. I am an avid reader, be it paper books or e-books. Besides languages, I like cycling, hiking, travelling, long walks with my dog and, of course, what occupies me the most is my 9 year old son. I have been teaching him English for a while and he is about to take his third Cambridge exam so I know how difficult it is to motivate children. I can share my enthusiasm with you, give you advice on how to improve in your free time...anything you need
