Hello, I am practicing yoga last 6 six years. I did my 200 h YTT in Bali, and now I am slowly starting to teach. Will be very happy to help you with asana or pranayama or other aspects of yoga. I pay close attention to individuality so every class will be shaped to satisfy your needs. Schedule is very flexible.
