My hometown is Bratislava, the capital city of Slovakia. With a population of about 450,00, Bratislava is known as one of the fastest growing cities in Europe.
It is known for its castles, the Danube and a host of other tourists attractions like the Blue Church, Michael's Gate, the UFO tower also known as the Slovak National Uprising tower/bridge among many others.

Few years ago, English language was less spoken here, but today, with the proliferation of international Information Technology companies, there is a steady increase of foreigners and expats moving into the city and this is making English language popular in Bratislava.

The advantages of living in Bratislava are numerous and include the low rate of unemployment compared to other towns or cities in Slovakia, the beautiful night life, and the fact that it is fact becoming a melting point for different cultures.
